Mechanism Design
At its core, the carriage incorporates a balanced four-wheel configuration, with two driven wheels and two idler wheels to ensure even load distribution and smooth travel. Precision-machined wheel axles are supported by sealed roller bearings, minimizing friction and allowing for quiet, low-vibration operation. An integrated adjustment mechanism enables precise wheel alignment and track gap compensation, reducing rail wear and preventing derailment.
