Lifting Mechanism The hoist's lifting system is also powered by Novocranes' core "3-in-1" drive unit (high-efficiency motor, hardened-gear reducer, safety brake), guaranteeing strong, smooth, and low-noise power output. It comes standard with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) technology, which enables smooth transitions during hoist startup and stopping, significantly reducing load impact and sway. Even as a standard model, it can accomplish precise material placement tasks.

Safety Mechanism In terms of safety, the Standard Headroom Hoist is fully on par with the premium series, with no compromises. It is equipped with a comprehensive safety protection system, including: a dual-safety brake system for redundant protection; an electronic overload limiter to prevent the equipment from operating beyond its capacity; as well as a motor thermal protection system and travel limit switches to protect the motor from damage and prevent the hook from over-traveling.
